Ease - It has been made with ease of use an important factor. Turning the handle has been designed to twist easily and with ridges to allow good grip even with more sensitive or sore hands.
Use- To stop the endless clatter as walking sticks hit the floor and then hoping someone will help and pick it up. It is made to fit different tables and desks.
